Associate Attorney

Thoughtful Strategy. Strong Family Law Advocacy.
Alissa Jackson is a Fort Worth family law attorney who brings thorough preparation, thoughtful strategy, and determined advocacy to divorce, custody, and other family law matters. With a particular interest in representing clients who own family businesses, she understands that the decisions made during divorce can have lasting consequences for a client’s family, finances, and future.
Alissa’s interest in working with business owners is personal. Growing up in a family that owned a business gave her an appreciation for the work, investment, and personal significance involved in building something of your own. She brings that perspective to divorce matters involving family-owned businesses, where financial and personal interests are often closely connected.
Alissa believes effective representation starts with understanding the full picture. She approaches each case with careful attention to the facts, recognizing that decisions made early in the legal process can shape the outcome months or even years later.
Whether preparing for litigation, negotiating with opposing counsel, or navigating difficult custody and property disputes, she balances determined advocacy with practical judgment. She is willing to tackle challenging circumstances and stand up for her clients, while recognizing when direct communication and thoughtful negotiation can create opportunities for resolution.
Equally important to Alissa is making sure her clients feel informed and supported. She prioritizes accessibility, responsiveness, and clear communication so clients understand what is happening in their cases and can make decisions with confidence.
Alissa’s commitment to family law began before she became an attorney. While attending UNT Dallas College of Law, she participated in mock trial, moot court, and law review, serving on the Law Review Editorial Board. She also gained practical experience through an internship with the Sisemore Law Firm, where she began her legal career after becoming licensed in 2022.
Today, Alissa practices exclusively in family law at McNulty Law Firm, working alongside experienced litigators and continuing to develop her courtroom and case strategy skills.
Alissa’s goal is to provide clients with representation that is both compassionate and purposeful, combining thoughtful planning, strong advocacy, and the personal attention each family law matter deserves.
